What are the causes of Cardiovascular disease



The Cardiovascular diseases causes vary from person to person and these diseases are associated with the heart. 

The condition is also known as Atherosclerosis which develops when a plaque builds up in the walls of the arteries. 

This buildup of the plaque over the years narrows the arteries which carries the blood to the heart. 

As a result it becomes hard for blood to flow through. 

This condition results in the formation of a blood clot in the arteries which eventually leads to heart attack or stroke.

The major causes can be defined as Lifestyle, High stress levels and No exercise.

It is always advisable to get a medical-check once you cross the age of 40.

This will help in nipping the causes of Cardiovascular diseases and a lifestyle change can be brought which may help in living a disease free life.

Today, as the medical science as advanced so much, doctors offer medication which includes blood thiners also.

So, its always advisable to keep a proper check on the health.

If the cardiovascular diseases are not kept in check, it may eventually to heart attack.
